Way to go, Steve!

Steve, who lives down south, hasn’t let winter stop him either.  Go check out his first bass of 2008, caught on Swimming Senkos (which I haven’t had any luck on yet).

    Thanks Nomad, I’d just got back from a 2 week (non-fishing) holiday and was desperate to catch a bass. Half of the lake had a thin layer of ice, but by 2:00pm it had melted in the sun. I think it must be warmer down here than up there in Nomad land :lol:

    That, or you’re just more willing to get out there and fish in this weather than I am :wink:

    That’s maybe it….plus I had a new pair of gloves to test out. I was also testing a new baitcasting reel and swim senkos !!
