"Where’s Frank been?", many of you may have asked. Well, he’s been out with a mysterious illness that landed him in the hospital for four days. None of the doctors he’s seen has been able to identify exactly what is causing his illness but are treating him with antibiotics that are slowly working. He’s now home and feeling a little better. Join me in wishing him a speedy recovery.

You should have come by and visited me in the dental clinic.
I could have pulled out a tooth or something. At least taken your mind off whatever else ails you.
I haven’t been able to get out myself either since I’m on call right now.

Actually, I was in your neck of the woods last Monday morning when I came in to the ER. I guess they did their best; they took a CT scan of my brain, chest X-ray, some blood work but ended up determining that I was dehydrated, had a possible virus, and sent me home with some 800mg Motrin
Of course at that time, the virus hadn’t started shutting down my liver yet so they had no idea…
